If there’s anything that Tom Holland is thankful for, it’s his loving relationship with his girlfriend Zendaya. The Spider-Man actor recently shared how he feels about having the Euphoria star in his life.
Tom Holland Describes Shared Intimacy with Zendaya
In his recent appearance on comedy-based podcast Smartless, Holland opened up about he and Zendaya’s special connection. According to the actor, he’s fortunate to have someone of the same wavelength as him.
“I’m lucky that I have someone like Zendaya in my life,” he said. “It’s interesting being in a romantic relationship with someone that is in the same boat as you.”
Holland is clearly in a safe space with the actress, saying that communication is easier with her. The 27-year-old proceeded to define his romance with his girl.
“You can share your experiences and all that sort of stuff — and that’s worth its weight in gold,” he said.
From the glimpse of it, Holland and Zendaya are intensely in love with one another. In his interview with Buzzfeed last month, Holland stated that he doesn’t need to possess “rizz” as he’s already in a happy and steady relationship at present.
The Couple Wants to Keep Their Relationship Private
The “Uncharted” actor also revealed that carpentry played a huge role in making his romance with Zendaya possible. Holland told UNILAD that he fixed Zendaya’s door during the early days of their romance.
“I was hanging out at her house and her door was broken. I was like, ‘I’m gonna fix that door for you.’ And now, we’re in love,” he said.
Nonetheless, while Holland is not secretive of their romance, they also agreed to not make their personal connection too public. Stating that they are “two very busy people,” Holland and Zendaya are both focused on their individual careers.
“Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” he said. “We don’t think that we owe it to anyone, it’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers.”
