On Monday night, Nick Viall passed selection on the season finale of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test — alongside his fellow finalists Erin Jackson and Tyler Cameron. Viall opened up about the experience in an interview with People, saying he had “some of the most painful and exhausting moments of my life.”

Viall said the fatigue they experienced “messes with your mind and everything.” At one point during the grueling competition, Viall became hypothermic. The former Bachelor star credited his competitors Erin Jackson and Jack Osbourne for helping him through it.

“But then I’m in this hot shower, and honestly it felt like my hands were about to explode, because you go from freezing cold to hot,” Viall recalled. “And then I just honestly never really got warm after that, so I was always constantly shaking.”

Viall said it was “surreal to think about” his “mental state” during his time on the show. The experience also had an impact on his body, as he shared an Instagram post showing his physical transformation, writing, “8 days of hell will change ya.”

JoJo Siwa Dropped Out of the Competition

JoJo Siwa was one of the last recruits in the competition, but she chose to withdraw on the last day. The star told Page Six that she “went back and forth” about it, adding, “But then, finally, I was like, ‘If I really, truly am going to go home, put my personal life first, it’s time to shine and time to man up, ask for the Umpire.'”

“The Umpire, too, was like, ‘You know you’re right there?’” Siwa recalled. “And I was like, ‘Yeah, but I want to change the way I live’ and that’s what I learned by being here.”

Siwa elaborated on her choice to put her personal life first, explaining, “My career is my baby.” However, she admitted that in the past she would choose not to go out to dinner with her family, “’cause it was ‘hard’ for me to go out.”

“Which, it is, but now I’m like, ‘So what? It’s never going to be easy,'” Siwa shared.
