Unicyclist Wesley Williams, who has competed on several Got Talent shows over the years, recently broke a Guinness World Record for “Tallest Rideable Unicycle.” This is Williams’ third time breaking the record, and this time he reached 10.6 meters.

Wesley Williams Breaks World Record for a Third Time

Williams has reportedly held the record for “Tallest Rideable Unicycle” since February 2020. The first time, it was 29 feet and 1 inch. Then in December of last year, he broke that record, riding a unicycle at 31.9 feet high.

This month, Williams set out to break the record once again, sharing on Instagram that this unicycle was 10.6 meters high, or 34 feet and 9 inches. He demonstrated the incredible feat during the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo.

“I have dreamt of this moment since I was a little kid,” Williams wrote ahead of his record-breaking performance at what he described as the “Oscars of the circus industry.”

The performer later shared a video of his performance at the event. He climbed a ladder to reach the top of the unicycle and then rode it in a full circle. The crowd gave Williams a standing ovation for the performance.

Williams Returned to Performing After a Scary Accident

In 2021, Williams was hospitalized following an accident while competing on Spain’s Got Talent. He fell 27 feet to the ground due to what he later described as “a mechanical malfunction on the unicycle.”

Williams had to take a break from performing for several months to recover. He returned to performing last year and got to perform on Spain’s Got Talent once again. Williams got emotional on stage following his performance, as he thanked the show for supporting him after his accident.

The unicyclist has competed on several other Got Talent shows over the past few years, including AGT and BGT, as well as Germany’s Got Talent and France’s Got Talent.
